There are two ways of reading, one is MEDIUMSHIP the other of which is PSYCHICISM.

Mediumship   

This type of reading is  based on  linking with the spiritual realms. For a loved one, to  communicate with a friend or family member that has passed over,  who have made their transition from this physical world, back to their spirit world. The general reason of this reading is an opportunity to receive their guidance. To have their personality, information regarding their passing, and shared memories. This can bring great comfort and help loved ones to move-on within their own lives.

Psychicism

This type of reading is based on myself,  entering your energy field, reading your feelings and emotions. I can use the Ribbons and include psychometry(reading jewellery etc).

Ribbons: As you feel the differnt coloured ribbons with your hands, and you are drawn to particular colours, I then read the energy that you have inprinted upon them. With the energy and the colours I collate information for you.

With my meditations, I tend to work within a group. My meditations are working with visualisations. Taking you on a journey of discovery of the self. Connecting with our inner being, to quieten the mind and return to our sacred inner space.

Healing comes in many different forms from painting a picture to quietly fishing by a lake. We are being taken away from our everyday working thoughts, of work, home, studies and many more.

These all play a part in causing stress upon us, so to divert the mind and take it into a different direction to somewhere there is peace and tranquillity, will allow our bodies to relax which inturn allows the body to release those stresses of everyday life. This, then gives us a healthier out come, lowering bloodpressure, releasing tension and because my meditations are different types of visualisations, they also let you off load problems that may have been locked inside you for years.
