Hello, I'm Theresa BSYA (s.heal)
Welcome to my website.
As a Spiritual
Medium, I work with my spirituality
in varying ways, but notably to give readings to people that
need that connecton with a loved one,
whether it is a family member or
friend, that has moved to the spirit
world. I also offer healing treatments to those that need that extra
support within their own energy field, to improve
their general wellness, or to activate their own healing ability, as an
additional treatment. Many of my
clients often say how they simply enjoy lust
being within the energy that a healing session gives them.
I hold a group meditation each week for up to 4 people, making it a more comfortable experience for
those that struggle working within large
groups. And each month I hold workshops for those that have an interest
with mediumship or psychism and would like to gain a broader awareness. Both the meditations and
workshops are for beginners and intermediate

A little about me,
well I’m 38 years young, have a wonderful partner and two beautiful
boys.
I consider
myself so fortunate that spirit had
always been there for me when I was a
child, but with the passing of time, and growing up, my closer awareness of them faded, and it felt
that my open window to them
gently closed. Though from
time-to-time I would receive little pieces of guidance, the world of
spirit didn’t really begin again until I was reached my late 20’s,
when I started to become aware of spirit
people within my minds eye, who I didn't recognise as my own relatives, but relatives of others. From this time a stronger feeling of energy and spirit became has progressively built for me, so I knew I had to
pursue answers to this phenomena.
I then met a wonderful lady named Viv - a
friend-of-a-friend - who really explained everything I was experiencing on
a clear and deeper level. Viv reopened the curtain of awareness for me, enabling
me to see again through the window of my minds eye into the spirit world. I had
an inkling that she would not be my long term mentor, from which I saw a tiny
advert in my local paper for awareness classes, this teacher was Olwyn Griffiths
CSNU t, she was wonderful, and I quickly became a dedicated student within her
development circle
From there I
have attended various workshops that Olwyn led working psychically and
mediumistically. I have also received numerous
coaching sessions with the internationally
recognised Eamonn Downey OSNU
TSNU. They both worked hard for the
Arthur Findlay College which is a spiritual college in Stansted, Essex.
Sadly, Olwyn passed into spirit in May 2007, but Eamonn continues his work there.
The training I have recieved from these two tutors was based upon me
bringing my spiritual abilities to the public, and it is now that I feel I am
ready to stretch my wings, and start to give to others, that sense of their
spirit-self, whether that be through healing treatments, mediumship or psychic
readings, or my group meditations. If it helps people to move forward within
their own lives then I’m reaching the place that I would like us ALL to be.
Our spiritual
journey is a long one. Always learning, strengthening our connection
with spirit and with nature.We need to, in order to Maintain a balance,
