This book was given to me by Olwyn Griffiths, and as we remember
her spiritual work and the wonderful energy she worked with, she also
kept many books as she was an avid reader, for seeking more and more
knowledge within the realms of spirit.

East
Great spirit of the east,
I stand before the place of rising sun,
knowing the time to let go has arrived.
The chill of this seasonal change
challenges my hopeful dreams.
A persistent voice in me nudges
my tough hold on inner security.
Bless me with the rays of your love
as I struggle with my desires and needs.
May Autumn's brilliant colours give
hope for the days ahead.
